I want to return or exchange an item
First, read our shipping and returns policy. If 30 days have passed, remember that the Lifetime Jewelry Program allows you to return without a time limit. Email us at hola@artetaxco.mx with the subject line "Return — [your order number]".
I have silver I no longer use
Send us photos to the general email with the subject "Second Life Valuation." We'll respond with an offer in 1–2 business days. Learn more about the Second Life program.
